Digg is a social news website made for people to discover and share content from anywhere on the Internet, by submitting links and stories, and voting and commenting on submitted links and stories. You use the XML page links and use the tags to pull the data. It's not hard when using PHP or ASP, but some late night reading from tutorial sites wouldn't hurt. Other was would be APIs created by the owners of the web sites.
